Shipping policy
Shipping times do not include delivery times displayed at checkout. Shipping time includes the time it takes to package and ship the order.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for any shipping carrier or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders over $75. For multiple shipping options, please view the options calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer international shipping through our website. Please contact us at info@iluminamicorazon.com and we will direct you to our Etsy page where we can process international orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@iluminamicorazon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
USPS General guidelines
Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon, are not able to deliver to (place mail in) a PO Box. Only the United States Postal Service® is permitted to deliver mail to (place mail in) a PO Box.
For mailing purposes, PO Boxes are considered a physical location. If a mail piece that is addressed to a PO Box must be signed for, or is too large to fit in the box, the Post Office™ will place in your box either:
- A key to a larger storage locker within the same facility (for a larger item)
- A notice that you can take to a window clerk to collect your item(s) – Redelivery is not permitted since you have to collect the item from a window clerk.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please contact us to notify of any issues with your order at info@iluminamicorazon.com.
Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return. If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us at info@iluminamicorazon.com.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@iluminamicorazon.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
